    In stock items marked ready to send are usually sent out next working day.

  • Confirmation
    An email will be sent when your order on its way with a tracking number whenever possible and an estimated time of arrival.

  • Delivery 
    UK Orders are sent out by 1st Class 'Signed For' (£3.50) or 'Special delivery' (£7.50) and usually arrive the following day (longer at weekends).

    Let me know when ordering if you have a preferred day for delivery.

    Free UK delivery for orders over £150.

  • International Orders can be sent via Royal Mail by Standard Airmail for £4.50 ($6USD) or ‘International Signed For’ service £8.50 ($15USD).

  • Returns
    I want my customers to be happy with the work they buy. Please do get in touch if you're not completely satisfied, or ever need anything repairing or adjusting.
    I'm very pleased to say many of my customers return for more, buying for themselves, or presents for their friends and loved ones, but If you're not completely happy with the work you receive, a full refund will be given if returned undamaged within 30 days.
